Our depot repair department is uniquely suited to handle the difficult, low volume, customized boards that are common in the industrial environment. We utilize electrical engineers, running specialized tests that exercise boards under much the same conditions as they are actually used. All boards are "burned-in," under elevated temperatures and continually tested for 72 hours. Our computerized record keeping system allows us to analyze problems and search for recurring faults. We turn repairs around fast.

IST has the ability to manufacture short runs of retired circuit boards for OEM's who prefer to spend their time on newer products. We can source obsolete components or redesign boards to make use of currently available parts. Either way, your existing customers have access to replacement parts until they are ready to upgrade to your latest version.

All modules are functionally tested during a 72 hour burn-in at elevated temperatures.

The standard turn-around time is 10 working days.

Expedited repair service is available for a 40% surcharge (request pricing). An expedited repair will be shipped to you within 72 hours of receipt, with the same 90 day warranty. Only one module may be expedited at a time.

A limited inventory of exchange boards is available for same-day shipments. The price is the same as expedited repairs. Please call for availability.

A repair report will be returned with all products.

Freight charges in and out are the responsibility of the customer.

Repair Warranty

All repairs are covered by a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. Warranty begins at date of shipment. We urge all customers to test repaired products before returning them to stock.
