Simply create an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and send the device to us—we’ll triage it and forward it to one of our partner repair centers if needed. Once repaired, we’ll conduct a quality check and reconfigure the device, then return it to you promptly. IST also tracks your device’s Zebra warranty and service status, keeping you informed of coverage.
